We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and evolution of our SaaS products in the digital signature and identity management industry. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a fast-growing company with a customer-centric approach.
Role Overview
As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap, driving significant product initiatives to ensure our SaaS solutions meet customer needs and align with business objectives. This role offers greater strategic influence with a broader scope of responsibilities, including go-to-market strategies and effective stakeholder management. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you'll work closely with Engineering, Marketing and Customer-Facing teams to fuel the company's growth by driving cross-functional collaboration, fostering innovation, and ensuring our products stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on product launches, marketing strategies, and customer support.
- Customer-Centric Product Development: Collect and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development.
- Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation in product features, functionality, and user experience, keeping the product ahead of market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate product vision, gather requirements, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Make informed decisions regarding the product strategy, leveraging broad PM expertise to solve complex problems and drive business value.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Use data-driven insights to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to meet business objectives. Assess product performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with Marketing to define go-to-market strategies for new features or products, ensuring successful launches and customer adoption. Heavily invested in go-to-market efforts to drive impactful product releases.
- Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, optimization, and sunset phases. Lead major product initiatives and influence overall product vision.Ensure Compliance and Security
Ensure that the products meet industry standards and regulations, particularly in areas like digital signatures and identity management.
