As Working Student - Central People Operations, you will be responsible for supporting smooth people operations across our office locations based in Berlin:
Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by managing tasks like hardware allocation and welcoming new joiners.
Documents and Visa: Manage key processes such as contract extensions, amendments, certificates, and visa applications for both new and existing employees.
Payroll and Data Management: Oversee payroll preparation in collaboration with Personio and an external pay office, ensuring personal data is consistently accurate and up to date.
Daily Requests: Handle daily employee requests across all office locations, playing a key role in team satisfaction and contributing to Hive's growth

You are currently enrolled as a student with active enrollment status until April 1, 2024
You have a strong interest in administrative and operational tasks
You have an eye for detail and work with concentration, ensuring precision in all tasks
You are interested in deepening your experience in People Operations in a dynamic work environment
You work independently and are able to follow up on tasks in a structured way
You have a positive attitude, are enthusiastic, and work in an employee-oriented manner
Discretion and loyalty are a matter of course for you
You speak fluent English and German at least B2
Nice to have:
You have already had experience in People Operations
You have worked with Personio
You have a driver's license
