We’re looking for a creative and organized
Junior Education Program Manager (F/M/D) to join our innovative and diverse team. In this role, you will have the chance to support the team in the development, implementation, and evaluation of our educational programs, from video tutorials to engage with the academic community.

The ideal candidate requires to have a strategic mindset with a passion for education and STEM.
Your responsibilities: - Develop and implement an education program for our electronics design platform
- Create engaging learning materials, including: Video tutorials, Quizzes, Task sheets, Certificates, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing and success teams to organize the creation of content
- Build relationships with universities, professors, and students in the electronics engineering field with the aim to support the platform’s growth
- Engage with the academic community to promote the platform and gather feedback

- Background in education or electronics engineering (or similar field)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Interest in building connections within the academic and electronics engineering communities
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., video editing software, quiz-making tools)
- Project management skills (ability to coordinate with marketing, success teams, and external partners)
- Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Udemy, Coursera, or similar)
