Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Acquisition Team Intern to support the Acquisition Team with Sales Development Representative (SDR) tasks, market research, market scrubbing, and Salesforce data management. You will assist in lead generation, outreach, and qualifying prospects while ensuring our CRM data is clean and optimized for actionable insights. This role offers hands-on experience in sales operations, data analysis, and market research, contributing directly to our partnership acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
SDR (Sales Development Representative) Support
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and partners, using a combination of data-driven methods and direct outreach.
Assist with outreach activities, including email campaigns and follow-up calls, to engage and qualify prospects.
Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings between the acquisition team and potential partners.
Track and document lead activity in Salesforce, ensuring smooth handovers and follow-ups throughout the acquisition funnel.
Market Research and Scrubbing
Perform detailed market research to identify target industries, competitors, and trends, providing insights that inform acquisition strategies.
Conduct market scrubs, cleaning and refining lead data from various sources to ensure accurate targeting.
Analyze research data to provide recommendations for potential strategic partnerships based on market fit and business potential.
Data-Driven Salesforce Management
Analyze and clean up Salesforce data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for leads, accounts, and deals.
Generate reports on lead generation performance and acquisition pipeline health, using Salesforce and analytical tools.
Use data validation techniques to ensure relevant and actionable data, supporting the acquisition strategy.
Analytical Support for Acquisition
Assist in creating data-backed presentations and reports for internal reviews and partnership discussions.
Analyze lead conversion rates, engagement metrics, and acquisition funnel performance to help refine outreach strategies and improve acquisition success.
Support the acquisition team in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to lead generation, partnership engagement, and revenue impact.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economic, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, with a proactive attitude in reaching out to potential partners and handling prospecting tasks.• Analytical skills, with experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and generating reports from data platforms (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).• Ability to manage multiple tasks such as outreach, lead qualification, market research, and data analysis simultaneously.• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy when managing data in Salesforce.• Interest in sales operations, lead generation, market research, and data-driven decision-making
