Key Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks across finance, legal, HR, and recruiting, including managing our HRIS tool.
- Support the planning and implementation of strategic projects in close collaboration with the operations and management teams.
- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding, and optimizing HR workflows.
- Support the finance team with budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting.
- Organize our quarterly team events and take full ownership of planning and executionTaking ownership of key projects and assisting the team in an agile working environment.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled at a top European business school and have completed at least your 4th semester of a Bachelor's degree.
- You have a keen interest in gaining experience in a variety of areas, including finance, HR, legal, and operations.
- You are highly organized, structured in your work, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- You bring a high level of initiative and are eager to take responsibility for your own projects.
Candidates must be fluent in German and English.
Location
This role is Hybrid (2-3 days/week) based in Berlin. Due to the nature of the Operations department there is a need to centralise the role.
