Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment activities that drive the organization's growth and support key business initiatives. This role involves partnering with business leaders, and implementing innovative recruitment practices to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle, data-driven, best-in-class recruitment for a dedicated team area (e.g. customer) with a strong focus on candidate experience
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals and meet short and long-term recruitment needs.
Drive recruitment priorities by working closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and requirements
Utilize recruitment analytics and key performance metrics to track recruitment effectiveness, assess talent acquisition strategies, and drive data-based decision-making for continuous improvement.
Build and nurture a talent pipeline for critical roles, proactively source top talent, and develop relationships with potential candidates to support ongoing talent needs.
Enhance employer brand awareness, develop recruitment marketing campaigns, and promote the organization as an employer of choice that attracts and retains top talent.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hiring top talent across Business functions, mainly Sales, Pre-sales, Partnership Management and Customer Success functions. You work as a Talent acquisition advisor with a focus on stakeholder partnerships, strategic recruitment planning, and talent management.
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational objectives, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills and the ability to be a guide or mentor for more junior members of the team
Proficiency in recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment analytics. Here in Aleph Alpha we are using Ashby.
Experience within scale-up/start-up organizations is highly beneficial
You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
