Your responsibilities
We are looking for a
Working Student in Finance (F/M/D) to support our finance team with a variety of administrative, analytical, and technical tasks for at least 6 months or more. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a student interested in finance, accounting, or business to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our finance department including ex-Investment Banking experience, gaining hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and workflow automation, while contributing to real-world financial tasks that directly impact the company’s operations.
Your Responsibilities: - Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including managing and updating invoices, receipts, documents, reports, excel mode ling and financial summaries.
- Assist with the software implementation process, including data migration, user setup, and configuration.
- Document existing manual financial processes and help create detailed workflows for software-based systems.
- Support the finance team in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.
Your profile
- Currently pursuing the final year of a Bachelor's degree or the early stages of a Master's program in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience with internship in finance and a solid understanding of numbers and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling; experience with financial software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
