We’re looking for fintech enthusiasts to join us in creating the financial infrastructure of tomorrow. We’re building the first European Investment API to enable any financial institution offering a wide range of efficient and transparent investment products, such as stocks and ETFs in nominal, portfolio, and fractional form. Our mission and vision is to make investing as easy as spending money.
We’re based in Berlin but are also open to hiring remotely in Germany or Estonia for this role. If you're currently based elsewhere but would like to move to Germany, we’re happy to support your relocation.
Your mission:
As a (Mid/Senior) Talent Sourcing Specialist, your mission is to drive innovative sourcing strategies and identify top talent in both engineering and business fields. You will play a key role in shaping our recruitment approach, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while collaborating closely with hiring managers. Your efforts will directly influence the growth of our organisation by engaging candidates and ensuring a seamless transition into the recruitment process.

Our team consists of three professionals focusing on attracting and hiring top-quality, diverse talents that drive our company’s success. Acting as strategic partners to our stakeholders, we promote our employer brand while ensuring a smooth and inclusive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
Leverage search engines, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage with candidates.
Provide expert guidance on sourcing techniques through workshops and project work, while contributing to improvements in tools and metrics.
Collaborate with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to discuss recruitment goals and provide real-time market insights.
Monitor and analyse sourcing data, ensuring continuous improvement in efficiency and candidate engagement.
Job requirements:
Several years of successful experience in sourcing and recruiting internationally, with a strong track record of finding top talent.
Confidence in using advanced sourcing tools, search engines, and professional platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, and can navigate social media and tech communities to uncover the best candidates.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
A high level of initiative, creativity, and analytical skills, always seeking new ways to optimise sourcing strategies.
Being adaptable, understanding cultural differences and regional market conditions when targeting candidates in global talent pools.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. A good command of the German language, ideally a B2 level.
It’s great if you have: (Optional)
- Experience working within FinTech or a strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in areas like investment, digital banking, and emerging financial technologies.
- A passion for finance and investing, and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest FinTech trends, innovations, and market shifts.
- In-depth knowledge of the FinTech landscape, including key players, disruptive startups, and established companies in the sector.
- The ability to train and mentor others on advanced sourcing techniques, either through workshops or ongoing collaboration.
