Make Your Mark:As a talent researcher you will be the first point of contact for many of our future BlackLiners in your search for amazing talent. Partnering with recruiters and hiring teams you will help create and execute strategies for building diverse pipelines for hard to fill positions across all of BlackLine's departments. While seeking out our next great BlackLiners you will continually innovate your sourcing strategies while partnering with out branding and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team to ensure our message is reaching a wide audience. In this role, you'll implement creative sourcing strategies using recruiting tools & external platforms that are measurable, focused on continuous improvement. With each new role you work on, you are building your career in talent acquisition and learning the ins and outs of pipeline development first hand. You'll Get To:
- Build top of funnel pipeline by hitting target pipeline metrics utilizing various trackable systems to assist recruiters and hiring teams in filling hard to fill positions within BlackLine.
- Partner with recruiters from all parts of BlackLine to understand the requirements of various roles, define and identify transferable skill profiles, and source exceptional talent
- Engage passive candidates with tailored messages to increase response and interest in BlackLine positions
- Develop sourcing strategies, market maps and recruitment campaigns for various roles ranging from internship to leadership.
- Track market and pipeline activity to share with your supervisor, recruiters, and hiring teams
- Participate is various talent acquisition projects when needed, acting as a subject matter expert when it comes to messaging passive candidates.
- Utilize company branding and LinkedIn posts to attract the candidates and build ongoing relationships
What You'll Bring:
- Years of Experience in Related Field: 0-2+
- Education: Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience working with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
