Founded in 2015 with offices in London – UK, London – Ontario, Atlanta and Singapore, we have many thousands of users of our B2B platform across the globe. The role:
We're looking for an energetic Solution Architect, to support our commercial team and customers to deliver our solutions.
Day to day you would be:
- Consulting with Tyk customers
- Supporting established Solution Architects (SA) daily, with the view to be able to deliver a customer Demo
- Working with the SA’s Account manager, CSAs and assigned Support Engineer
- Building a technical relationship with the customer and understanding needs
- Working with Customers and SA’s to establish solutions
- Participating in technical discovery calls with new and existing customers
- Working with SA’s and AM’s to define customer needs and working with them to meet those targets and goals
- Liaising with internal Tyk teams to deliver answers and solutions to customers
- Building and delivering POC’s, reference architectures, plugins and API definitions to educate and aid our customers
- Updating customer database with meeting notes, progress and outcomes
- This is the space where you get to use your extensive customer, engineering and Tyk knowledge to create fantastic concepts, push boundaries and help make Tyk great.
