About the role
You will join the Product Enablement department and contribute to the creation and delivery of educational programs for technical roles during onboarding, re-onboarding and certification. You’ll play a critical role in enabling employees and partners to use the FintechOS platform effectively, and according to recommended code design practices and guidelines. Your mission will be to support adoption, as well as effective use of new features, and shorten time-to-competency.
We’re looking for a Technical Trainer who can support the development and delivery of effective educational initiatives for our technical user community.
To support FintechOS Platform users across their learning journey, you’ll need a good understanding of development frameworks and coding standards. You will work closely with training specialists and bridge their collaboration with technical stakeholders across the company to research, develop, test and deliver training that ensures adoption of FintechOS code design practices, improves user productivity, and contributes to an engaging learning experience in the flow of work.
What you’ll be doing
- Facilitate virtual live and on-site training activities, with key responsibilities across the integrated design, development and delivery workflow in collaboration with learning experience designers and subject-matter experts.
- Co-create the training collaterals and deliver training sessions and workshops for internal and external customers, based on the specific learning needs.
- Support the development of project-based training assignments on new product capabilities and features such as workbooks, question banks, exam playbooks and more.
- Own the configuration and extensive testing of the FintechOS software for use case-based training and certifications.
- Actively engage with FintechOS Platform technical users to gather insights and provide learning support.
What you’ll need
- Proven ability to engage with a technical learning community, providing support and collecting actionable insights.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with technical stakeholders and learning experience designers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with development frameworks and coding standards; preferably, work experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate user needs and insights into training requirements.
Preferably, you may have some of the following:
- Experience in co-designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Experience working in a startup/scaleup company.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
