About the role
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator, focused on supporting us to place the building blocks for our fintech startup Khazna. This challenging role will allow you to work alongside world-class professionals to solve for Financial Inclusion. The role will enable you to launch new products/programs, take part in developing operational processes to scale, and design product operations of our different offerings. It will also include building solid cases & dashboards to drive strategic analytical insights, optimize business performance, improve P&L, and be a part of many other exciting projects and pilots. This is a critical role at this stage and the work that you will do will be significant in scaling to hundreds of thousands of users.
You will be reporting to Sr.Operations Manager, and working closely with diverse teams to build the first venture of its kind in Egypt. Khazna has closed multiple funding rounds from leading local and international fintech funds and investors.
What you’ll do
- Launch new products/programs like a startup, building processes from the ground up, defining requirements, and coordinating with key stakeholders throughout
- Be part of operationalizing & optimizing multiple products, managing process improvement projects from inception through to completion. Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and implement initiatives to address them and enhance workflow efficiencies that allow to tick
- Assist in building operational frameworks for acquiring different business segments
- Monitor P&L vs workflows to identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement strategies to achieve cost efficiencies, thus improving unit economics
- Drive analytical insights through deep dives and dashboard development & reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Khazna Card and other products
- Work hand in hand with the automation team to resolve issues with existing tools or develop new tools that meet operational requirements and enhance overall performance & operational excellence.
- Assist in designing and maintaining all processes related to incentive programs, planning, & quality
- Build data-driven cases to support strategic decision-making
- Hustle in running daily operations effectively
- Manage daily relationship & deal with data across different sources with internal and external stakeholders
- Be customer centric and continuously advocate for improvements in user experience
What you’ll need
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
- 1-3 years of Experience preferably in startup Operations, Finance, Engineering or Consulting is a plus
- Ability to work with under extreme uncertainty and deal with tight deadlines
- Knack for identifying bottlenecks and reporting them
- Strong & effective communication skills with diverse audience
- Ability to work well in a team environment
