The GTM Sales Operations Specialist is a critical role to enable and empower internal go-to-market teams on our sales technology stack. The ideal candidate for this position will take an innovative, creative approach to designing processes and delivering solutions utilizing and maximizing all features and functionality within the tools owned. You will be responsible for the daily administration and on-going enhancement of Icertis GTM tech stack, establishing process documentation and best practices, working closely with key internal stakeholders to identify problems and build requirements for system enhancements, and partnering with Enablement to ensure tech adoption through training

About the team:
The Icertis Revenue Operations Team’s mission is to enable all go-to-market teams to scale and grow top line revenue efficiently. The team supports this mission by delivering the process and information flows that drive the entire customer journey, promoting cross-functional alignment, refining key processes to increase efficiencies, and adopting best-in-class tools and technologies to support the entire go-to-market strategy from lead generation to customer retention.
What you will do:
- Own the relationship with key vendors of the tools you own, maintain a deep understanding of the tech features, and identify areas for improvement, all in partnership and alignment with GTM Strategy.
- Establish yourself as a cross functional resource to identify, design and implement business processes that increase productivity and remove bottlenecks utilizing features within the tools you own
- Project manage the design, testing, and implementation of technology and processes that support our go-to-market initiatives.
- Regularly assess tools roadmap and develop QBR’s outlining overall usage, key insights, and recommended initiatives to meet current and future business needs.
- Learn SFDC and begin to build light to moderate processes within SF Application.
- Ensure data integrity is maintained by instilling data quality standards across all data related activities
- Collaborate with various Revops and cross-functional team members in translating business requirements to functional technical specifications across systems to meet the needs of our end users.
- Serve as a strategic voice to the broader customer organization in maximizing the effectiveness and usage of our tech stack.
- Build SOPs and training programs in collaboration with our enablement team to ensure proper systems utilization.
What you will bring:
- You need to be data-driven, detail-oriented, customer-focused, business-minded, and intellectually curious.
- Willingness and strong desire to learn and administer GTM tools such as Zoominfo, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. etc.
- Get-it-done mindset. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done with minimal supervision.
- You are curious, open-minded and willing to think outside of the box to establish processes that enable and support out GTM teams in their goals.
- Project management skills and experience driving programs independently. Knowledge of Agile and sprint planning is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Ability to frame business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements.
- Proficiency in analyzing, setting priorities, and solving complex problems effectively.
- Ability to communicate the right level of information to executives and cross-functional teams at the right cadence.
