This role exists to support the success of StashAway’s yield-based products by contributing to the growth of Assets Under Management (AUM) and increasing portfolio adoption rates. As a Product Marketing Executive for Yield-based Products, you will play a key role in executing product marketing strategies that drive conversion among targeted customer segments, both new and existing.
You will be responsible for supporting product marketing activities for key yield-based offerings, including Cash Management products (Simple suite, USD Cash Yield), Income Investing, and Private Credit. While you will receive guidance and direction, you are expected to execute marketing initiatives with a high degree of independence.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across investment product development, brand marketing, and online marketing to ensure that product value propositions and messaging align with StashAway’s business objectives and customer needs. Your contributions will help enhance the overall product experience, aiding in the acquisition and retention of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and refinement of product marketing positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across channels and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Contribute ideas and support efforts to optimise the customer journey, focusing on improving conversion rates from initial awareness through to post-investment engagement.
- Independently manage the business-as-usual (BAU) communication and updates related to yield-based products, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Take ownership of tracking and analysing product conversion metrics on a monthly basis. Share insights company-wide and collaborate with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to identify quarterly areas for improvement.
- Participate in market research efforts, including competitor analysis and gathering customer insights, to inform product marketing strategies and positioning.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and to support the achievement of product marketing objectives.
