Your Mission As an Industry Transformation Director, you will work with UiPath’s most strategic customers in the region to drive business growth through automation and AI. By positioning automation as a key driver of business transformation, you’ll engage with CxO and business leaders to understand their industry-specific challenges and how automation can accelerate their strategic objectives.
You will lead strategic growth opportunities within top EMEA customers by generating demand with mature account strategies and leading industry-focused business discovery workshops. You will quantify the impact and benefits of the UiPath platform with bespoke business cases that align with the commercial strategy. A key part of your role will be to build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
We are seeking high performing candidates with a strong background in their specialist industry combined with excellent commercial acumen and deep focus on customer outcomes.
What you'll do at UiPath- Develop actionable industry-specific account development strategies to maximize UiPath’s revenue opportunities in top EMEA customers.
- Design and lead industry-focused business discovery programs to understand customer pain points and elicit requirements.
- Build bespoke business cases and aligned with customer strategic value drivers focused on driving mutually beneficial commercial partnerships.
- Design program plans with customers, partners, and internal UiPath functions to maximize consumption and benefit from the technology.
- Develop industry-focused content for use within the field to support account development and qualification.
- Create executive-level pitches that position automation and AI as key business transformation levers, tailored to your specialist industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a continuous pipeline of business opportunities.
- Drive pipeline generation through strategic engagement and relationship-building activities.
What you'll bring to the team- Experience directly working within your specialist industry at senior management level or above.
- Strong cross-team and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to connect and work with all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated influence and communication skills at the CxO level.
- Strong workshop and facilitation skills, catering to C-suite audiences and budget holders.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, matrix organization, with a proven ability to lead, influence, contribute, and collaborate with a wider team.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering impact and increasing revenue opportunities with strategic customers.
- Proven track record in building and nurturing relationships that drive pipeline generation and business growth.
