At UiPath, we are looking for someone to join our professional services team as Go To Market Director for Testing to display a customer first mentality, responsible for generating proposals that marry UiPath’s Test Suite capabilities with UiPath’s customer’s needs in the Application Testing Market.
What you'll do at UiPath- Evaluate customer testing needs and present appropriate solutions in alignment with delivery capabilities of professional services and UiPath’s partner ecosystem.
- Analyze and understand business processes to suggest process and testing improvements.
- Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and professional services teams to qualify prospects/customers and position application testing engagements.
- Execute collaborative value discovery engagements and deliver persuasive presentations to prospects convincing them of the business value of UiPath’s Testing solution.
- Work with various internal UiPath teams to learn and document the industry or application specific value drivers for UiPath Testing solutions and create respective ROI/TCO models
- Provide thought leadership & coaching to sales/pre-sales teams to accelerate sales cycles
- Nurture new products developed /acquired by UiPath; assimilate into the core GTM selling motion and eventually migrating them to the mainstream
- Also, as an employee of UiPath you are required to comply at all times with UiPath’s policies that were communicated to you from time to time and that are available on Inside UiPath.
What you'll bring to the team- 10+ years experience in a technology consulting related role
- 5+ years experience in B2B software or technology industry
- Experience with management consulting firms in a customer facing role with both delivery and selling responsibilities.
- Knowledge and experience with business analysis.
- Ability to lead cross-functional team discussions and engage with customer/partner leadership.
- Experience with SAP S/4 Hana upgrades/migrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build good relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Results oriented with strategic thinking, creative abilities, sense of urgency and passion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay TransparencyThe anticipated base salary range for this position is between $165,000 and $247,500. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
