Your Mission UiPath is seeking a Solution Consultant who will play a critical role in the success of our AI/ML based products. As a key member of our Specialist Sales Engineering team, you will be responsible for evangelizing these solutions to UiPath customers and prospects, as well as enabling and mentoring our internal customers - Sales Engineers (SEs) and Account Executives (AEs). You must be able to identify key trends related to AI & Machine Learning. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering PoV’s (proof of value), custom demos, deep dives, and collateral to help scale our AI/ML business. In addition, you will work with our industry vertical teams to incorporate AI/ML into the sales campaigns they develop.
This role is based either in Bucharest or in Germany and will require some business travel.
What you'll do at UiPath- Involved in the most strategic deals which have a heavy focus on our AI/ML based products.
- Enabling & mentoring our internal customers – Sales Engineers SEs and Account Executives AEs.
- Leading workshops with customers & prospects.
- Creating and delivering standardized & custom demos, deep dives, and building collateral based on field observations which help scale our AI/ML business.
- Working with our industry vertical teams to incorporate AI/ML in the sales plays they develop.
- Collaborating with product teams on roadmap related to field observations.
What you'll bring to the team- Vast experience in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or strategic consulting organization.
- Technical background with hands on experience in AI and document management technologies.
- Results-oriented and outcome-based mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
- Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English and German are a must have
