This is a unique opportunity to build a multi-million dollar business while learning directly from the CEO, with the support of a team of superstar engineers and growth marketers. You will play a critical role in guiding strategy, decision making and execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute product prototypes and tests in partnership with the CEO and Chief of Staff.
- Make key investment tradeoffs to ensure cost-effective testing and stage-gates.
- Drive launch schedule and development roadmap.
- Own product development and strategy to ensure product-market fit, traction, and growth.
- Refine current learnings and customer insights into an actionable go-to-market strategy.
- Refine a financial model and projections in support of the go-to-market strategy.
- Own core business operations, including P&L and legal management.
What You'll Bring:
- Have 4+ years of relevant full-time experience in a high growth start-up environment taking on operations or business operation roles.
- Are excited to work on 0 to 1 projects at an early stage startup.
- Are a clear and superb written and verbal communicator.
- Have exceptional data analysis skills and business / operational acumen.
- Set and communicate a clear, compelling, and consistent vision.
- Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA.

The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000—$200,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
