The Coach Relations Team hires and supports passionate coaches to deliver quality coaching experiences globally to our Clients. As part of our Coach Relations team you will have a direct impact democratizing coaching globally for all career levels. By leading our engaged Coach Relations Team (CR Team), you will ensure that we only hire top Coaches, deliver an excellent experience to them and make an impactful contribution to the growth of our clients and success of our company.
You will lead part of the CR team, in close collaboration with another Team Lead and with the Head of Department, with direct responsibility for the quality of the coaching experience. Our team members come from over 10 countries and have diverse interests, from hiking and arts to personal development. Together, we'll democratize coaching globally!

Responsibility
Leading the Coach Relations team to ensure the best coaching experience for our clients and an exciting journey for our Coaches - this will be your mission!
Oversee daily activities, ensuring operational excellence and high team performance.
Plan and monitor team roadmap and KPIs, driving the team towards strategic objectives.
Expand our global Coach pool while maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide high-level support for Coaches throughout their journey, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
Ensure a seamless coaching program experience for both Coaches and Coachees, addressing any issues promptly.
Collect and interpret coach feedback, suggesting actionable improvements for team and organizational practices.
Collaborate with the product team to manage platform development, ensuring it meets Coaches' needs and enhances user experience.
Supervise and drive improvements in standard operating procedures, service processes, and quality standards to ensure continuous improvement.
Foster team growth through regular training, performance evaluations, constructive feedback, and development opportunities, promoting a culture of learning and excellence.
Ensure new team members are adequately onboarded and have the necessary tools and context to perform their roles effectively.
Supporting the Head of Department and other leads in cross departmental projects.
Work with HR to recruit, retain, and develop exceptional talent, improving employee satisfaction.
Your Profile
Experience in Customer Relations, Account Management or similar roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Education: University degree or equivalent education or relevant work experience
Service and Customer Centricity: Consideration of the entire customer journey and anticipation of customer needs beyond the single transaction
Analytical Skills: Highly quantitative, capable of defining, interpreting reports and KPIs and deriving action plans.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple priorities and advocate for time management and prioritization within the team.
Languages: Business fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
Personal Development: Strong interest in personal development and coaching.
