Your responsibilites
- Take responsibility over end-to-end Quality Assurance processes
- Review and challenge requirements٫ specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Prepare detailed٫ comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Plan and execute testing activities٫ thoroughly identifying and documenting bugs
- Build and execute automation scripts using open source tools
- Organize testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Review debugging process results
- Establish, track and help to improve quality assurance metrics٫ like defect densities and open defect counts
- Maintain relevant knowledge about new testing tools and test strategies
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Experience in a fast pace agile environment
- High autonomy and self-management are required
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Capability to build automated testing suites and choosing the right tools from scratch: e.g. Cypress, Selenium etc.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject is a plus
- Experience with Web3 applications is a plus
