The Demand Generation Specialist is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations in the US. You will play a key role in enabling the revenue team to be successful through technology support and training. You’ll have an opportunity to further your professional development in the areas of data hygiene and management, sales tool administration, report building, and sales training and enablement. You will also have an impact on the success of Bitmovin as an organization.
Your Impact
You will make an impact that matters by:
- Implement programs to improve data hygiene across multiple sales tools
- Learn multiple technologies used by the revenue teams, including Salesforce, DealHub, Apollo, and LinkedIn Navigator
- Support Marketing and Sales teams to maximize brand visibility among target prospects and convert them into leads
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams to process commissions on a monthly basis
- Support global events campaigns from end-to-end

What can you bring
- Experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations experience.
- Experience working as an administrator in Salesforce, DealHub, LinkedIn, Outreach, Hubspot or similar technologies
- Conducting the commission calculation and management process for sales teams.
- Attention to Detail: the ability to focus on all areas of a project or task, no matter how small.
- Initiative: do things without being told; you find out what you need to know; you keep going when things get tough.
- Creativity and Innovation: identifying and implementing technological advances with the potential to improve a business.
- Decisiveness: the ability to make clear-cut and timely decisions with the appropriate amount of information.
- Problem Solving: apply logic and imagination to make sense of the situation and develop a solution that works
- Knowledge of sales tools, including Salesforce.com, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.io is a plus
- Work experience, internships, or academic projects with technology companies or organizations is a plus
