Role Overview
As a Learning & Development Partner, you will create role-based learning programs tailored to meet diverse unit needs. This involves designing and implementing customized learning content, collaborating with stakeholders, management, and teams to address specific learning requirements, and supporting local team needs.
Your role will be pivotal in developing targeted learning solutions to ensure unit efficiency and competency.
What you'll do:
- Plan and execute comprehensive role-based learning programs, including onboarding and ongoing role support.
- Conduct needs assessments within the units, responding to stakeholder requests, and executing team-specific activities.
- Measure effectiveness within the implemented learning solutions based on the unit’s goals and KPIs.
- Customize global learning initiatives to align with unit requirements and deliver local implementations of skill-building programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learning leaders to optimize learning efforts.
- Enable content developers, instructors, and learning leaders in the creation of impactful training programs.
- Support managers and people in learning & development matters and initiatives.
- Engage with training vendors and work with learning platforms (LMS) and technologies for learning and knowledge.
What you have:
- 4+ years of training experience in a global software or technology company.
- L&D background working with go-to-market business units or R&D units.
- Proven ability to design and deliver role-specific training solutions.
- Proficiency in diverse training methods and content development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Strong project management and self-management skills, ability to work independently and effectively.
- Experience working with KPIs and specific learning goals.
- Experience working with managers of all levels.
- Ability to create strong relationships with stakeholders and motivate others to collaborate
Bonus Points:
- BA in a relevant field, particularly Learning and Technology.
- Previous experience working with LMS/LXP platforms.
- Familiarity with innovative learning trends and AI tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where agility is key.
