We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI and Automation technologies. You will be responsible for applying generative AI and automation technologies to solve real-world business challenges.
The ideal candidate will understand iPaaS and AI technologies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives while navigating the complexities of data privacy, security, compliance, and accuracy.
You'll Get To: - Design and develop solutions for AI and Automation related to workflows and system integrations across the Enterprise.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers and domain experts, to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners and team members to identify, evaluate, and make recommendations on complex business process automation/integration opportunities and associated requirements.
- Work with system owners and partners to provide integration solutions across systems.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Help in planning by identifying cross-team dependencies and effort estimation.
- Work in an agile environment to release use cases on a regular schedule.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools and technologies and recommend ways to implement them in use case development.
- Maintain high standards of code quality and technical excellence within the team by establishing good practices and writing clean, testable, maintainable, and secure code.
- Proactively identify issues, bottlenecks, gaps, or other areas of concerns or opportunities and work to either directly affect change, or advocate for that change.
- Perform critical maintenance, deployment, and release support activities.
- Implement security measures to protect data.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to AI and data privacy.
What You'll Bring: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, or a relevant field. 4+ years of experience if you have a PhD.
- 6+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, IPaaS, or related technical field.
- Experience leading major initiatives successfully.
- Strong programming skills with scripting languages such as Python and Powershell.
- Experience with using and integrating via APIs (iPaaS) is a must.
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms AI/ML solutions, such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI.
- Expertise in working with cloud-based infrastructure.
- Familiarity with SQL and database systems.
- Understanding of AI technologies, including vector databases and knowledge graphs.
- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, and propose innovative solutions.
- Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate AI/Automation solutions and identify limitations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. Proactive in staying up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in AI/Automation.
We’re Even More Excited If You Have: - Prior working experience in Scrum, or other Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Boomi, Power Automate or Workato a plus.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
