WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a highly-motivated creative thinker who is able to put their experience to use by not only optimising our existing affiliate program, but also to identify and welcome new partners and partnership opportunities for Getsafe.
YOUR MISSION:
You will join Getsafe’s Growth Marketing Team and help acquire new customers in the German market by focusing on how to optimise our existing affiliate program as well as bring exciting and highly relevant new partners on board. Some of your tasks will include:
- Operative and strategic management of our affiliate marketing program
- Outreach, onboarding and ongoing communication with partners new and existing
- Management of conditions and campaigns based on set internal KPIs, with a focus on profitable and sustainable growth
- Identify new trends and opportunities and tackle them hands-on
- Reporting across all aspects of your work
ABOUT YOU:
As a Performance Marketer, specialising in Affiliate and Partnership Marketing, you bring:
- 3+ years experience working with affiliate and partnership marketing
- Excellent people skills - you are able to make partners feel comfortable and welcome, while also possessing a talent for negotiation
- Experience working hands-on with partners, as well as operative experience with affiliate platforms (financeAds, Impact, Tradedoubler, etc.)
- A love for data and reporting - you enjoy monitoring partner performance and identifying trends, strengths, weaknesses and opportunities which you can then leverage into actions
- “Outside of the box” thinking - you are able to identify new areas for growth and enjoy pursuing them
- Not mandatory, but nice-to-have would be first experience with offline events
