Responsibilities
- The incumbent will be responsible for end to end recruitment activities for Non Tech and Tech hiring requirements.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Contribute to creating a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel/Google sheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Bachelors or Post Graduation in Human Resources Management
