Job Description
As part of our Client Implementation Team in Berlin, our Project Managers are the driving force behind the technical and operational connection to our systems for both new and existing B2B customers. With precision and expertise, we ensure seamless integration, facilitating smooth interactions with our delivery management platform. Our mission is to support our clients throughout their integration journey, bridging the gap between technology and operational success.
The essence of your role
- Overall Project Management from kick-off to go-live.
- Connecting the customers WMS to our portal.
- Configuration of our internal systems and API interface for data exchange (no programming required).
- Support the customers development team with software configuration, such as testing of interfaces and data flows.
- Preparation of operational processes for parcel shipping from the customer's outgoing goods warehouse.
This is what you need to succeed
- A university degree or comparable training in the relevant field.
- Experience in Project Management - ideally within (technical) integration projects.
- Understanding of (parcel) logistics, eCommerce, supply chain, plattform or related areas.
- Knowledge and experience in understanding and reading log files, XML, JSON, API, EDI, etc.
- Business fluent in German and English.
