What you'll do at UiPathExecutive Assistant to VP of Sales and Leadership Team
Role Overview: As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative, logistical, and project-related support. This high-visibility role requires a proactive approach, professionalism, and a capacity to work effectively across various functions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including calendaring, time management, and preparation for both internal and external meetings.
- Lead and execute team events, social gatherings, offsite meetings, and more.
- Provide on-site support during key events and coordinate logistics for major meetings.
- Prepare detailed agendas, travel itineraries, visa applications, and materials for conferences and social events.
- Handle daily scheduling, coordinate both domestic and international travel, and process expense reports for senior executives.
- Facilitate clear and efficient cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff onboarding by coordinating with hiring managers to ensure all necessary tools and access are provided.
- Act as the primary coordinator for office vendors, overseeing the procurement and delivery of daily supplies.
- Support logistics and coordination for executive visits and manage arrangements as needed.
- Collaborate with the DEI council to support and organize CSR/DEI events.
