What you'll do at UiPath- Develop & implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract and source high quality candidates.
- Manage the full life cycle hiring process.
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications for job fit.
- Schedule and coordinate telephone and in-person interviews.
- Manage multiple requisitions with various business unit within the organization.
- Participate in marketing events, user groups, and industry specific interest groups to build relationships and a candidate pipeline.
- Develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients by earning respect and acting with the greatest amount of professionalism.
- Manage applicant’s information and update status on applicant tracking software system.
What you'll bring to the team- 8+ years of experience working as a recruiter.
- You have experience in recruiting for Go To Market teams for APJ
- You can develop creative, out of the box recruiting methods.
- You are a utility player and able to pivot to support various business units.
- You are capable of develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, and direct sourcing.
- You have a growth mindset, you have the ability to adapt, pivot, and change when needed.
- You are willing to move beyond the challenges and come up with solutions.
- You are detail oriented and have an operational excellence mindset.
- You are self-motivated.

Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done. Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based and remote workers will vary from team to team.
