That’s why we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. If you have a background in hotel operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will assist our users (hotel staff) with the challenges they might face while using Flexkeeping.
Most common examples range from fixing bugs and integration issues to usability questions. Your primary focus will be listening, understanding, solving problems, and ensuring clients constantly get the most out of Flexkeeping. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investigate problems and consult the development team to find solutions.
- Work together with your teammates and the development team to identify software bugs and suggest improvements.
- Help clients with potential problems and answer their questions (no matter how big or small) via email, online chat, or phone.
- Assure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Handle inbound calls.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Flexkeeping and its applicability to different use cases in hotel operations.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONALITY
- Communicative and sociable with great people skills.
- Fluent in Croatian, English, and German (other languages are a big plus).
- Problem solver who enjoys doing puzzles and can think outside of the box.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious and unafraid to tackle new challenges.
- Tech savvy and eager to learn about new technologies.
- Excel and other MS Office tools are your best friends.
- Motivated to constantly grow professionally as well as personally.
- Flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts as needed.
