How you will make a difference:
As the Global Process Owner, you will play a pivotal role in transformation projects, responsible for developing and documenting processes, guides, job aids, and templates that align with standard operational procedures. You will act as the operational expert for Zendesk improvements, working closely with the Zendesk Administrator to analyse, document, and implement enhancements. Your expertise will be essential in driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational excellence.
- Lead the charge in business transformation by driving assessments and spearheading dynamic change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and refine business requirements, defining and evolving key processes.
- Take ownership of analysing and prioritising Zendesk (or similar platform) enhancement requests, ensuring impactful and efficient solutions.
- Continuously challenge the status quo, driving improvements that streamline operations and elevate quality assurance across the business.
- Be a catalyst for change by recommending innovative process and procedural enhancements that boost efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance service quality and speed.
- Craft and maintain engaging, high-quality documentation, content, and materials that empower the team with the knowledge needed for exceptional service delivery.
- Team up with Safeguard University to develop cutting-edge training content, ensuring all Operations team members are equipped for success.
- Conduct "spot audits" to ensure payroll activities and departmental processes are running smoothly and adhering to best practices.
- Take ownership of the Knowledge Zone, ensuring that operational process documentation is always clear, relevant, and up-to-date, empowering the team with the latest insights.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset to tackle challenges head-on.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM and helpdesk tools, with a focus on optimising organisational support.
- Expert at prioritising tasks to meet targets while staying adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in a clear, accessible way.
- Self-starter who thrives under pressure and consistently meets tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communicator, able to engage and collaborate with audiences at all levels—from end-users to senior leadership.
- Fluent in English (essential); additional language skills are a bonus!
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and impact in every interaction.
