We are currently looking for a Senior SEO Content Analyst (Full-time) to join our team in Vienna.
The Opportunity
The purpose of our Senior SEO Content Analyst role is to drive organic performance to support our international growth strategy. This will include a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the organic search targets are met. You will get to cover all the hands-on work you would expect in an SEO role; on-page optimisation, competitor audits, campaign management support and collaborating with the Business Development Team. On top of that you will work cross-functionally and as a crucial part of a growing e-commerce team you will keep close relationships ensuring all department stakeholders are kept up-to-date with activity and results.
Your responsibilities:
- You work closely with your manager and the developer team to ensure that TourRadar is upholding the highest standards of SEO best practices.
- You will be responsible for your own SEO projects and work hand in hand with Product, Tech and other teams.
- Identify content gaps and execute on SEO best practices.
- Use tools to identify which pages represent the highest potential, based on revenue and search data.
- Create new plans and ideas for landing pages in order to maximize their organic traffic performance.
- Create new landing pages and improve the content of existing landing pages in order to boost their traffic and user engagement metrics.
- Monitor the effects using analytics tools, creating performance reports where required, and recommending next steps based on the data.
- Identify opportunities for receiving new backlinks and being in charge of the outreach.
- Hold regular updates with any stakeholders sharing your plans and explaining results.
- Collaborate with content, social media and PR teams that cover your markets, understand where collaborations and opportunities may be found.
- You perform large scale research on search intent, identify opportunities for organic growth and develop scalable and testable concepts for SEO content.
Who you are:
- You have a deep understanding of SEO concepts like search intent clustering, E-A-T, Core Web Vitals.
- You have a firm understanding of web assets like robots.txt, canonicals, response codes, sitemaps, html tags and their impact on crawling, indexation and ranking.
- You thrive when surrounded by numbers, large amounts of data and thinking at scale
- Good understanding of SEO principles and content optimization (meta tags, search intent, diversity of content, mobile user behaviour)
- You are able to analyze results of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse / WebPageTest, Screamingfrog, Logfile Analyzer etc. Any other SEO tool is a plus.
- You are able to develop scalable SEO solutions for a multi-market multi-language as well as a multi-vertical setup.
- You are familiar with Google’s Webmaster and Quality Rater Guidelines and good knowledge of AdWords Keyword Planner and any other keyword research tools
- Critical thinking skills, basing decisions on relevant stats and data
- Working level knowledge of Google Sheets / Docs
- Ability to work autonomously and set priorities with an eye for detail
- Proactivity and openness and ability to communicate positively and optimizing the workflow
- You are fluent in English and appreciate working with international teams.
- You put problem solving first and you embrace the growth mindset.

- Sistrix / Majestic / Ahrefs or similar
- Knowledge of HTML / CSS
- Experience in writing and editing
