About the Role
Fever is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer - (Social Media Especialist) to take a lead role in the creative and graphic management of our multiple brand’s social media channels. This person will be the bridge between the social media team and the design team, ensuring brand consistency while keeping up with the latest organic trends and visual storytelling strategies for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
As part of our creative team, this role requires someone who understands the native language of different social platforms, can balance fresh, modern designs with organic social trends, and constantly seeks and shares inspiration to elevate our content.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative and graphic strategy for our social media channels across multiple brands, ensuring high-impact visual storytelling.
- Act as a bridge between the social media and design teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with marketing goals.
- Master Canva and other digital tools to create on-brand, engaging, and high-quality content for different platforms.
- Adapt designs to the unique style, format, and audience preferences of each social platform (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Stay on top of the latest social media design trends and implement best practices in visual storytelling.
- Develop and optimize templates, workflows, and content formats to streamline social media content creation.
- Guide and inspire the team by sharing insights, references, and new creative approaches.
- Present and pitch creative concepts based on social media trends and audience engagement insights.
- Modify and refine content based on internal and client feedback while maintaining high creative standards.
About You
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on social media content.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, their visual styles, and content best practices.
- Expert in Canva, with the ability to push its capabilities to create dynamic and engaging content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience with motion design and video editing is a strong plus.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, capable of creating engaging designs that drive interaction.
- Culturally aware and up to date with digital marketing trends, memes, and viral content.
- Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple brands.
- Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback while maintaining creative excellence.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
