Key Responsibilities:
- Work with client to obtain relevant information and documentation to complete entity set up, incorporation and necessary registrations per client MSA.
- Complete necessary documentation independently and/or in conjunction with authorized external partner(s) and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of paperwork, registrations, and legal documentation; complete incorporation process within 4 to 6 weeks.
- Meet monthly implementation forecast and mitigate risk to implementation go live timeline for assigned projects.
- Deliver on client satisfaction goals and metrics.
- Manage process using standard operating procedures and tools. Ensure proper internal and client updates are completed and timelines are met.
- Foster good working relationships: collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of project management basics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills essential
- Working knowledge of global entity setup and incorporation process
- Ability to work effectively in a work from home/hybrid team.
- Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Aptitude for analytical thinking and creative solutions
- Confident decision maker
- Track record of successfully balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
