We’re looking for fintech enthusiasts to join us in creating the financial infrastructure of tomorrow. We’re building the first European Investment API to enable any financial institution offering a wide range of efficient and transparent investment products, such as stocks and ETFs in nominal, portfolio, and fractional form. Our mission and vision is to make investing as easy as spending money.
We are looking for a People Experience Intern to join our dynamic team for a 6-month internship.
This role will give you the opportunity to:
Support the organisation of the UpFest 2025 festival, the highlight of our annual event calendar.
Gain hands-on experience in event organisation, experience design, and community engagement.
Plan and execute your own small projects.
Contribute to a fast-growing scale-up company and help shape our culture.
Be part of a vibrant community of interns and working students at Upvest.
Job requirements:
You are proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn.
You have some experience in customer service, hospitality, or event organisation — or you're excited to gain it.
You are organised, detail-oriented, and take initiative.
You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
You are passionate about creating great experiences and enjoy working alongside event and community professionals.
For this role we require fluency in both English and German.
The role is office-based and in Berlin.
