Who we are looking for
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who is as passionate about people as they are about technology. You thrive on mentorship, collaboration, and building high-performing teams, and you know how to balance technical execution with leadership.
You have:
- 5+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end domains in a JavaScript ecosystem (Node.js, React, or similar)
- A deep understanding of scalable architectures, modern development practices, and agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills and a track record of fostering a culture of learning, growth, and teamwork
