As a Solution Architect at Flow48, you will play a critical role in delivering a complex technology solution for our partners in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across various departments to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud-based solutions, ensuring compliance with stringent data governance standards, including those set by the CMA. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to solve data-related challenges. You will be a key player in driving the technical vision while collaborating with remote teams and ensuring successful project delivery in a highly regulated financial environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Independently navigate complex organizational structures to identify and engage with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong networks within partner organizations to access critical data and information.
- Design and implement scalable, secure cloud-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Address data-related challenges by navigating and integrating diverse departmental systems.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate and conduct business and functional requirements gathering workshops for complex projects.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and technical processes.
- Track and manage open issues through resolution, ensuring business requirements are continuously met.
- Effectively convey business and technical information from on-site stakeholders to remote technical teams.
- Manage and align stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively gather and validate information independently within the organization.
- Identify gaps in project requirements and propose solutions while maintaining client confidence and trust.

Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on complex, large-scale technology solutions, preferably within the financial services industry or a similar regulated domain.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong background in data governance, system integration, and regulatory compliance, preferably with CMA standards.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including remote teams.
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships within partner organizations for seamless access to information.
- Proactive approach to independently gather and validate required information within the organization.
- Experience in managing and aligning stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles.
- Capability to identify gaps in project requirements and propose solutions while maintaining client trust.
- Experience in business process mapping, documentation, and validation of system configurations to meet business requirements.
- Proven ability to design and implement integration protocols between partner systems and internal technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluent English, proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
