In this position, you will :
Perform 3D PDO culture experiments following established protocols and conduct initial analyses of the data
Participate in the development and optimisation of new cell culture protocols
Participate in the development and optimisation of CRISPR screening assays
Maintain the Orakl Oncology biobank: you will participate expanding and conserving the biobank and in quality control experiments
Implement state-of-the-art processes and good engineering practices (LIMS/eLN, sample traceability etc.).
Conduct assay development and optimisation with senior lab members
Participate in the lab maintenance and keep the experimental infrastructure in shape
The employee will be report to a Principal Scientist in the Orakl Oncology research team. They will be trained to be able to conduct experiments on our patient-derived models so that they will become autonomous on all our activities.
