Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate role in operations located in Chennai at Northern Arc Capital. The Associate will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to lending, placements, and fund management. The role will require strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- MBA or Masters in finance
