As part of our mission, Tibber builds and sells award-winning smart hardware. Our current products include Homevolt, a next-generation home energy battery, and Tibber Pulse IR, a real-time energy tracker—both available through our Tibber Store.
As we expand our footprint in Germany, we are focusing on positioning our smart products with wholesalers and electricians by building a strong partner program. To drive this initiative, we are looking for a Senior Partner Manager (Installations) to develop and scale our installer and wholesaler network across the country. As a Senior Partner Manager (Installations) for Germany, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing strategy. Crafting and implementing a go-to-market strategy to engage electrical wholesalers and installer networks across Germany.
Expanding the partner network. Identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with electricians, installation companies, and wholesale partners to drive sales of Tibber Homevolt, Tibber PulseIR, and future hardware products.
Enabling partner success. Equipping electricians and wholesalers with the necessary knowledge, training, and incentives to effectively promote and install Tibber products.
Driving sales and market growth. Establishing a robust B2B channel for Tibber’s hardware, collaborating with key industry players to accelerate adoption.
Leveraging market insights. Understanding local market needs, regulations, and competitive dynamics to refine our strategy and product offerings.
⚡⚡️Ideal Profile
Electrical industry expert. You have a strong background working with electrical wholesalers and installers, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape and how to build a high-performing partner network.
Strategic and hands-on. You can develop high-level strategies and also roll up your sleeves to execute them effectively.
B2B & partner sales leader. You have proven experience in building B2B sales channels and driving growth through installer and wholesaler partnerships.
Fluency in German. This is a must-have, as you’ll be working closely with local partners.
Senior-level expertise. This is a high-impact role requiring leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to scale a network from the ground up.
Passionate about smart energy. You thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment and are excited about driving the energy transition through smart technology.
OEM experience a plus. A background in chargers, batteries, or solar technology from an OEM perspective is an advantage.
