CRM MANAGER - HAIR LOSS BRAZIL
We are looking for a super experienced CRM professional to manage all CRM campaigns in Brazil for the Hair Loss category from strategy to execution. You will own acquisition, retention and transactional communications by email, SMS and whatsapp channels. This position will be part of the Global CRM team and report to the CRM lead in the UK.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building, managing and reporting all Brazilian Hair Loss CRM campaigns through Customer.io platform;
Translate business objectives into CRM strategies to bring increasingly effective results in customer acquisition and retention;
Build, manage and report tests to ensure continuous improvement on actual CRM performance campaigns, such as cart abandonment, churn recovery, prospecting, promotions and member get member
Continuous review of the user communication journey in order to decrease number of contacts (tickets) and making the experience smoother
Working closely (daily interaction) with UK team to ensure alignment on global strategy and best practices shared

Flawless writing skills in PT
At least 4 years of experience with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Salesforce and/or others
Intermediate/Advanced HTML knowledge
Very analytical profile, able to build reports and track performance
Ability to carry out strategic analysis of the customer journey and propose actions to meet or improve business objectives
Experience on creative development with the copy/design team, building briefs and processes to drive content production
