Why this role?
Drive the future of our sales strategy – As a BDR Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and executing our inbound sales efforts, nurturing high-quality leads generated by marketing to fuel Shapr3D’s expansion.
Develop and mentor a high-impact team – You’ll lead and coach a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) while also contributing individually to lead qualification and engagement efforts.

What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of BDRs, providing coaching and professional development to drive performance
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates
- Optimize and refine BDR processes to enhance efficiency and improve engagement strategies
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Ops to ensure seamless pipeline management and alignment with broader sales goals
- Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain a hands-on approach, contributing directly to lead nurturing efforts alongside team leadership responsibilities (50% leadership, 50% IC work)
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in inbound sales and BDR leadership, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of lead qualification, nurturing strategies, and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- A coaching mindset, with a passion for developing and empowering junior sales professionals
- Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving sales landscape
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage and nurture high-value prospects
- A data-driven approach, leveraging insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience working with enterprise clients in technical industries such as manufacturing or design software
- Have built or scaled a BDR function in a high-growth startup or SaaS company
- Speak German or French, enabling you to engage with a broader range of our international clients
