As our Accounting & finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and transactions, manage stakeholder reporting, while providing strategic insights to drive growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Financial Operations & controlling
Oversee accounting and reporting with our accountant
Manage quote-to-cash, sales invoices, and cash collections
Handle accounts payable, payments, and payment systems
Maintain internal controls and financial systems (BE-GAAP)
Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Financial Strategy, Planning & Analysis
Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals
Develop sound financial analysis to support internal stakeholders
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Manage treasury and cash flow
Funding & Investor Relations
Manage relationships with lenders and investors
Prepare financial reports and board materials
Lead fundraising efforts (VC, debt capital)
Support revenue operations with sales & marketing
Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements
Optimize finance operations with new tools & automations
Strong experience in finance and accounting
Plus: knowledge of SaaS billing & subscription systems (e.g., Chargebee, Hubspot,…)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Sincere and trustworthy
You need to be Belgium-based (given all the regulations for accounting, VAT, balance sheets,…)
