We are seeking a Website Performance Manager to lead the strategic direction, optimization, and ongoing management of safeguardglobal.com. This individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance site performance, drive engagement, and ensure a seamless user experience. The role requires expertise in website governance, UX, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), along with the ability to manage a structured roadmap and oversee website enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for website improvements, balancing business priorities with user needs.

• Serve as the primary decision-maker for website updates, managing incoming requests and ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, partnerships, and HR—to ensure website content and functionality meet the needs of various stakeholders.

• Partner with the brand marketing team to ensure the website consistently reflects the brand’s look, style, and messaging, applying a creative eye to maintain a visually compelling and cohesive digital presence.

• Optimize site structure, navigation, and content to improve technical SEO performance and user engagement.

• Oversee website analytics, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvements and performance enhancements.

• Manage relationships with external vendors, including CRO specialists and developers, to ensure best-in-class execution.

• Ensure the website adheres to accessibility and compliance standards such as ADA WCAG 2.0 and GDPR.

• Lead A/B testing initiatives and leverage data-driven approaches to enhance conversion rates and improve user journeys.

• Oversee the translation process, including selection of which pages should be translated for non-English microsites, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing international corporate B2B websites with expertise in UX, SEO, CRO, and user experience best practices.

• Proven ability to develop and execute website strategies that drive engagement and business outcomes.

• Strong ability to prioritize and project manage multiple website initiatives.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful) and website management best practices.

• Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and conversion optimization platforms.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.

• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to work effectively with developers.

• Ability to lead projects independently while ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

• Experience with vendor management

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRO tools such as Optimizely.

• Knowledge of technical SEO and site performance optimization.

• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting for website-related insights.

• Background in UX/UI design principles to ensure a user-friendly, visually appealing website.

• Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to collaborate with designers to enhance the website’s overall design and user experience.
