At CoachHub, we’re shaping the future of AI-driven coaching. As we continue to scale, we need a strategic and analytical leader to optimize our GTM operations, enhance decision-making, and ensure our commercial team operates at peak efficiency.
We’re looking for a Director, GTM Strategy & Analytics to take ownership of our end-to-end revenue operations, ensuring we have the right sales compensation structures, revenue forecasting, and analytics to support growth. In this high impact leadership role, you’ll partner with key stakeholders across Revenue, Finance, Sales, and measure success, and drive commercial excellence.

The Role
This is a high-impact leadership role where you:
Design and execute a scalable GTM strategy that drives efficiency and revenue growth.
Lead sales compensation & incentives ensuring alignment with business goals
Provide data-driven insights for leadership and Board meetings.
Own revenue analytics & forecasting to optimise decision making
Partner cross-functionally to drive process improvements and business transformation.
Oversee sales tech stack & Salesforce roadmap, ensuring our systems support business scaling.
What You’ll Bring
EMEA and global GTM experience
Proven leadership in GTM or Revenue Operations (big 4 consulting experience is a plus).
Sharp analytical & strategic skills - you and your team turn data into actionable insights
Experience in a high-growth B2B Saas (MBA is a plus).
Executive presence - comfortable working with senior stakeholders and Board level audiences.
5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in Sales Operations focused on compensation & reporting
Experience in Salesforce or equivalent software (Xactly Incent experience is a plus).
