Key responsibilities:
· Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor SDRs to achieve KPIs, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews, and implement training programs to enhance prospecting, qualification, and communication skills.
· Sales Development Management: Develop and execute scalable strategies for lead generation and pipeline growth, collaborate with marketing and AEs on lead handoffs, and analyze performance data to optimize efficiency.
· Operational Excellence: Oversee CRM management, track team KPIs, and implement outbound outreach, email automation, and cold calling strategies.
· Creating an Outbound Lead Funnel: Design and implement a structured outbound lead funnel, including strategies for outreach, lead qualification, and nurturing to drive consistent pipeline growth.
You might be a fit if you are:
· Proven Sales Leadership Experience: 2+ years managing SDRs or Inside Sales teams, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
· Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to lead teams to exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
· Strategic Thinker: Experience designing and executing successful outbound strategies.
· Tools & Analytics: Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
· Strong Communicator: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Coaching Mindset: Passion for mentoring and developing talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
· Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a solutions-oriented mindset.
