As the Operations Lead, you will be responsible for designing and managing the operational backbone of M Zero. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, finance, HR, and product teams to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and build a foundation for sustainable growth. This is a dynamic role that requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

• Strategic Operations: Develop and implement scalable operational frameworks that support business growth.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and improve internal workflows across teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, HR, finance, and product teams to streamline operations and enhance coordination.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure operational processes align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting systems to track operational effectiveness.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee key service providers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality operations.
• Remote-First Infrastructure: Optimize tools, communication strategies, and operational policies for a globally distributed team.

• 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a similar role in a high-growth startup or fintech company.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, or institutional finance is a plus.
• Experience managing remote-first operations and working across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven track record of process improvement and operational efficiency in a scaling organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and implement structured solutions.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
