An experienced Support Engineer with 2+ years in technical support.
π Skilled in diagnosing and resolving software issues.
π‘ Familiar with developing APIs using TypeScript and Node.js.
π Knowledgeable and familiar with Microservices.
π Knowledgeable in API design principles, REST APIs, gRPC, and Microservices.
π Knowledgeable with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
π³ Familiar with card schemes such as VISA and MASTERCARD.
π Proficient in relational databases and managing ticketing systems and CRM tools.
π» Experienced in application support, particularly with Intercom, Fullstory, and Retool.
β° Capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure.
π² Comfortable using remote desktop tools and support software.
π A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
βοΈ Provide Level 2 support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients.
π Develop and maintain APIs that meet L2 support needs.
π Collaborate with Level 1 support to escalate complex problems for timely resolution.
π Document issues, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
π Monitor and respond to support tickets to maintain high customer satisfaction.
π Assist with system updates, maintenance, and upgrades as needed.
π Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends to enhance support processes.
