About The Role
We are scaling fast, and we need an
Operations Lead who can
bridge the gap between restaurant operations and technology, ensuring smooth execution across all business functions.
We are looking for a
highly structured, execution-focused Operations Manager to manage
day-to-day operations while ensuring alignment between our
tech team and
restaurant teams. You will be the
driving force ensuring that
deadlines are met, inefficiencies are eliminated, and operations run at peak performance.
This is
not a passive role—we need someone who can
take ownership, push for
continuous improvement, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution & Efficiency
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service with minimal staff.
- Implement and optimise workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Track KPIs (AOV, throughput, uptime, customer satisfaction, etc.) and drive improvements.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in both front-of-house and back-of-house processes.
Tech & Automation Integration
- Work closely with the tech team to ensure our robotic and AI systems operate flawlessly.
- Translate operational needs into tech requirements and vice versa.
- Oversee hardware & software deployment in stores, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot tech-related issues and liaise with engineers to resolve them quickly.
Project & Deadline Management
- Hold all teams accountable for deadlines, ensuring projects move at maximum speed.
- Maintain and optimise the operational roadmap, aligning engineering, supply chain, and restaurant teams.
- Identify gaps in execution and push for solutions before problems arise.
People & Team Coordination
- Work closely with store managers, engineers, and the CEO to align all functions.
- Train and coach store teams to effectively use tech systems and follow SOPs.
- Ensure a high-performance culture across all operational teams.
