About The Company
At KAIKAKU, our vision is to create and operate the next generation of restaurants by doubling down on human interaction while automating the all of the repetitive tasks using proprietary hardware and software.
We opened London's first robotics-powered restaurant that serves as our "living laboratory". A one-way mirror separates our offices directly behind the restaurant, allowing us to gather customer feedback iterate daily.
Our tech is fully vertically integrated and we go to the lowest level - from bespoke printed circuit boards to computer-vision systems for demand forecasting, we do it all in-house.
The team we've built maximises for excellence and speed of execution.
