Sweep is hiring a Recruitment Officer. You will play a key role in supporting our mission to tackle climate change by helping build a team of talented and passionate individuals. You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process as we scale our company.
We are looking for someone available immediately for an apprenticeship or professionalization contract of at least 18 to 24 months.
We are also open to a full-time 6-month internship if it can be followed by a 12 or 24 month work-study program starting in September.
Climate change is the defining challenge of our era, and technology is at the center of the fight. Sweep is arming companies with tools to manage their climate impact, thereby contributing to a better future for everyone.

Your role will be to ensure a seamless recruitment process and support our efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Job Posting: Ensure job opportunities are effectively posted on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant platforms, following our internal processes. Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor job descriptions and ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Organize and manage all interview logistics, including scheduling, sending invites, and ensuring candidates and interviewers have all the necessary information. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Interview Participation: Actively participate in candidate interviews, assisting with note-taking and ensuring a smooth and professional interview experience.
- Candidate Feedback and Reporting: Write detailed interview summaries and share feedback with hiring managers to facilitate decision-making. Ensure candidate evaluations are tracked consistently and stored appropriately.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates, answering queries, and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Offer Coordination: Draft and send offer letters to successful candidates. Assist with gathering onboarding documentation and ensure a seamless transition to the onboarding phase.

Qualifications 🏆
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (internship or apprenticeship) in HR, business, or a related field.
- Experience using modern collaboration tools like Google Docs, Slack, and Notion.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and verbal).
